During your consultation we will discuss what brought you to CCS, where you are in your career journey, the different types of services I provide and which one(s) will benefit you based on my assessment of your needs. Following the consultation I will send a list of recommended services that will help you kickstart your career goals.

Resume Creation/Revamp
This service includes the consultation, feedback on your current resume, a resume tailored to fit the job of your dreams, and tips that will maximize your chances of being selected.

Interview Prep
This service includes an assessment of your current interviewing skills, mock interviews, coaching, and beneficial feedback.
Career Revamp
This service is two 1 hour sessions.
The first session will be an assessment of where you are in your career now, what you like about it, what you don’t like about it, and where you see yourself in the future. I will then provide you with another assessment and have you email your results to me.
The second session will be a discussion about your assessment, what careers you would be best in, and roadmaps/resources on how you can get there.
This will vary from client to client but overall will have the same format.
Career Coaching
Everyone needs a time to discuss challenges they may be facing as professionals.
During these coaching sessions we will deal with you, the person, your career goals, and practical steps that you can take to reach them, while simultaneously discussing tactics that can be used to increase your awareness of your value.
I hold you accountable to the goals that are set during these meetings so that you can walk in excellence and get the results you want to see.
Miscellaneous Services
These services include but are not limited to business card design, proofreading services, personal statements, cover letters, biographies, business plans, grant writing, etc.
These services will be crafted from the ground up and will vary per service.
